The Red Cloud Housing Authority (RCHA) offers you a comfortable home at a reasonable price. Efficiency, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units are available.
Payment of monthly charges include:
Rent
Utilities (Gas, electricity, water)
Trash removal
Gas cooking range
Frost-free refrigerator
Mini-blinds.

Maintenance due to normal wear and tear of the unit

The RCHA Community Building is available for resident family, club and other acceptable gatherings at no extra charge.

There are small nominal fees for:
$25.00 per month for expanded basic cable television
$5.00 per month for an apartment size freezer or electric fireplace
$120.00 per season per air conditioner (resident owned)
